I'm working with a leading civil engineering contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major enabling works project supporting a large-scale battery storage development in the South West.
\nThis is a long-term freelance opportunity on a technically challenging infrastructure scheme, offering the chance to play a key commercial role from an early stage of the project.
The Role\nYou'll be responsible for the commercial management of the project under an NEC4 contract, ensuring robust commercial processes are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the scheme.
\nThe client is looking for someone who is commercially astute, proactive, and confident managing all aspects of contract administration.
