\nOur client are embarking on a AI enablement journey, backed directly by the CIO. Early training has been delivered, but adoption is mixed and the missing piece is a hands‑on expert who can build high‑quality Copilot agents, embed best practice, and upskill the wider team.\n
\n
\nThis is a rare opportunity to shape how AI is used across an entire London Market insurer. You’ll work across every function, partner with senior stakeholders, and leave behind governance, design principles, and capability that will define their AI strategy for years to come.\n

What you’ll do\n
\n
    \n
  • Work directly with teams across the business to understand use cases and translate them into effective Copilot agents.
    • \n
  • Build, test, refine, and roll out agents that deliver measurable value.
    • \n
  • Prioritise competing use cases and manage expectations across departments.
    • \n
  • Upskill internal teams on how to build and maintain agents themselves.
    • \n
  • Help define governance, design principles, and release processes for long‑term adoption.
    • \n
  • Demonstrate clear outcomes: what you built, who for and the business impact.
    • \n

What you’ll bring\n
\n
    \n
  • Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
    • \n
  • A track record of building multiple effective Copilot agents end‑to‑end.
    • \n
  • London Market knowledge - you understand how insurers operate, how teams interact, and where workflow pain points sit.
    • \n
  • Strong business‑facing skills: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
    • \n
  • Solid understanding of release management and CAB processes.
    • \n
  • Technical or non‑technical background welcome - what matters is your ability to build, deliver, and teach.
    • \n

\nThis is a contract role paying a competitive market day rate outside IR35 and requires 2/3 days a week in their London office. \n
\n
