Daventry Permanent Competitive salary : to be discussed on application Role Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join a growing automotive business, taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of vacancies. The successful Internal Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and secure high:calibre talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Role and Responsibilities * Manage the end:to:end recruitment process across a variety of business functions. * Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Create and advertise engaging job opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms. * Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and employee referrals. * Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure recruitment records remain accurate and up to date. * Conduct reference and background checks where required. * Prepare and negotiate employment offers alongside HR and hiring managers. * Monitor recruitment performance metrics including time:to:fill, cost:per:hire and quality of hire. * Keep up to date with employment legislation and recruitment best practice. Requirements Of The Role * Proven experience within internal recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment agency environments. * Experience working in the Automotive, Manufacturing or Engineering industries would be beneficial * Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. * Experience recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels. * Knowledge of recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation. * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter. * Strong organisational and time management abilities. * Data:driven approach to recruitment reporting and performance metrics.
