Job description
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance team in Stirling. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities * Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department. * Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases. * Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage. * Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports. * Assist with case processing and reporting activities as delegated. * Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents. * Perform other tasks as needed. Qualifications * Administrative experience is beneficial. * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. * Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable. * Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Turkish language would be a plus. * National 5 (English, Science, Maths A - C), Highers or Advanced Highers – desirable. University degree not required.
