You'll also be an individual who is resilient, adaptable, and confident in handling a variety of customer interactions.
The ideal experience/background would be in a fast-paced customer service, contact, call centre, retail or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing support with account opening, maintenance, and general account servicing
Deliver a high standard of customer care while resolving enquiries efficiently and accurately
Support account administration and maintenance processes
Manage escalated customer concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Adhere to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Complete all required training and stay up to date with policies and processes
