Job description

Job Summary

Temporary until 14th July 2027.

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for this 21 hour post to join a small team focusing on early intervention and prevention within North Ayrshire. You will be working alongside and co located with Health Visiting Services, in Kilbirnie Health Centre. You will be working in collaboration with parents and other supporting services to provide early support and help to families. The team adopt a strength-based approach and are passionate about working alongside families in a trauma informed way and with a focus on establishing relationship-based practice. Your focus will be to identify and provide support to families to prevent complex issues arising/escalating. You will assist families to develop links within their communities and create opportunities for sustained connection.
