JOB REF:TL 4891 THE ROLE * This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal with substantial private client experience to join a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for client care and high-quality work. * You will play a key role within a busy private client department, supporting solicitors and partners while also handling matters with a high degree of autonomy. * You will assist with a varied private client caseload to include Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust administration and general private client support and client liaison. SKILLS REQUIRED * Applications are sought from Paralegals with a minimum of 10 years previous experience within a private client department. * Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration. * Be highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload. * Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills. * Be empathetic and confident when dealing with elderly or vulnerable clients and sensitive matters. * Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
