Your role

  • Drive Commercial Performance: Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including project scoping, pricing, resource planning, utilisation, and profitability management.
  • Support Growth and Work Winning: Contribute to business development activities, support pipeline management, and play a leading role in pitches, proposals, and client growth opportunities.
  • Deliver Cost-Effective Solutions: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value through effective resource deployment, AI-enabled workflows, and global delivery capabilities, without compromising quality.
  • Build Strategic Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing strong partnerships and delivering Film & Motion solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Digital, Account Management, Project Management, and Production teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
  • Ensure Excellence in Delivery: Maintain the highest standards of creative quality, ensuring projects are delivered on brand, on time, and within budget.
  • Lead Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, immersive content, and AI developments, driving innovation across the discipline.
  • Lead Film Production Delivery: Travel as required to offices and site locations to creatively direct film shoots, confidently manage senior stakeholders and contributors, and adapt effectively to changing requirements while maintaining quality, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Represent the Discipline: Lead presentations, creative reviews, and stakeholder discussions, championing Film & Motion within leadership forums and client engagements.
  • Strengthen Global Delivery: Establish effective ways of working across global teams, ensuring consistent quality, communication, and delivery excellence.
  • Champion Culture and Leadership: Actively contribute to Creative Design's vision and culture, providing inspiring leadership and supporting the growth and progression of senior team members.

We would love to see your portfolio, so please attach it along with your CV when applying, as applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
