Food Safety Hygiene Technician
Salary: 28000 - 32000
Location: West Midlands
Shift Pattern: 6am 2pm and 2pm 10pm (40 hours per week)

The Role
As a Food Safety Hygiene Technician you will be responsible for delivering high standards of hygiene and sanitation in a food manufacturing facility. Working closely with the Quality team youll ensure production areas equipment and manufacturing environments are maintained to the highest food safety standards using dry-cleaning techniques.
Your work will directly support food safety environmental monitoring programmes allergen control microbiological performance and audit compliance.
