Registered Manager Responsibilities * Leading the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care. * Work collaboratively with the Sales and Rentals Teams to promote occupancy and community engagement. * Manage budgets and ensure financial processes are followed. * Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals. * Promote wellbeing and independence through tailored support and activities. * Managing and developing office and care staff, promoting stability and retention. * Overseeing recruitment activity, particularly within a sponsorship-heavy workforce. * Embedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch. * Identifying opportunities for business growth across private and NHS referral streams. * Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and improving governance processes. Registered Manager Requirements * Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care. * Desirable: experience within retirement living, extra care or domiciliary care settings. * Proven experience in service turnaround, stabilisation or performance improvement. * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks. * NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards). * Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
