Reporting to the Home Admin Manager, the Receptionist will ensure that the overall presentation of the reception provides a friendly, welcoming and professional image of the home so that all visitors to the home feel welcomed. Salary:
£12.71 per hour. Shift Pattern:
15 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday. Home Location:
Baldock Drive, King's Lynn, England, PE30 3DQ. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including, responding to emails, copying, faxing and taking notes. Ensure that residents receive their post and prepare all outgoing post on a daily basis. Any additional duties as assigned by the Home Admin Manager. Training, Skills & Experience Required: Experience working within a receptionist position is essential. Working within a care home environment is highly advantageous. Excellent written, non-verbal and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of and competence in Microsoft Office applications and Windows based operating environments
