Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from junior mid-level structured finance lawyers who are interested in supporting a client at Simmons & Simmons.

This is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the London office) role for 4 months.

The consultant will be covering a full diet of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with structured finance experience from a leading private practice or in house environment.
• You are a junior mid-level lawyer.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
