Role overview:

The HR Optimization Specialist is the driver behind a high-performing EMEA P&C function. The role will report into the Chief People Officer partnering closely to execute on the P&C strategy managing initiatives and projects that drive impact and sharpen how the P&C leadership team operate turning data process and AI into better outcomes for the business and our team members. Its a role for someone who is earlier in their career looking for a high impact high exposure opportunity to fast track their progression within People and Culture. • Bring AI into the way P&C worksidentifyingand deploying tools that automatemanualeffort sharpen insight and free the team to focus on higherimpact/ value work.
