Are you a MIG / TIG Welder Fabricator looking to join a fast-growing engineering manufacturer at the forefront of the global AI and data centre industry? Our client is a rapidly expanding engineering and manufacturing business specialising in precision metal fabrication for mission-critical infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe and beyond. With continued investment in modular manufacturing and increasing demand driven by the rapid growth of AI and hyperscale data centres, they are expanding their production team and introducing additional shifts to support a growing order book.
In this role, youll fabricate and weld steel components from engineering drawings, carrying out MIG welding, cutting, drilling, grinding and assembly to produce high-quality products to exacting manufacturing standards. Youll join a modern workshop where no two projects are the same, with structured training, regular overtime and genuine career progression available as the business continues to expand.
This role would suit a MIG / TIG Welder Fabricator looking to join a secure, growing manufacturer offering varied work, long-term stability and the opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
The Role:
- MIG and TIG welding of precision steel components
Fabrication and assembly from engineering drawings
Cut, drill, grind and prepare materials for fabrication
Operate a variety of fabrication tools and workshop equipment
Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet manufacturing standards
Work as part of a skilled fabrication team producing products for the data centre industry
Uncapped overtime available, after 40 hours, depending on project workload.

Able to read engineering drawings
Experience using fabrication tools and workshop machinery
Commutable to Buntingford, Hertfordshire
