We are delighted to have been instructed to appoint a Project Manager / Employer's Agent on behalf of a highly active residential-led mixed-use developer and property company. Acting in both capacities, you will play a pivotal role in delivering major, multi-phase developments, including complex high-rise schemes across Central London.
Key responsibilities include:
To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience operating as both a Project Manager and Employer's Agent on complex residential or mixed-use developments. Experience of Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Act is essential.
We are keen to hear from professionals currently working with leading developers, project management consultancies or multidisciplinary consultancies who thrive in technically challenging environments, enjoy solving complex problems and are passionate about delivering exceptional projects through collaborative leadership.
