RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
  • Développe un climat propice à l'apprentissage et à l'acquisition des compétences attendues
  • Formule et met en œuvre les objectifs de la section en accord avec les objectifs généraux du Collège
  • Collabore avec ses collègues pour harmoniser la progression de l'enseignement
  • Définit et adapte avec ses collègues, les chefs de file et les doyennes, les objectifs et contenus du programme de la section Primaire
  • Effectue périodiquement une évaluation du niveau atteint
  • Rencontre régulièrement les parents d'élèves pour un point de situation
  • Gère le budget alloué à sa classe pour les activités et sorties

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES
  • Diplôme d'enseignement supérieur en sciences de l'éducation et/ou pédagogie
  • 5-7 d'expérience en classes primaires
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Extraits de casier judiciaire vierges
  • Nationalité suisse ou permis de travail valide
