Plot Sales Paralegal
Location: Altrincham
Salary: 23000 to 30000 plus bonus and benefits
Experience: Must have experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant in Residential Property or Plot Sales
If youre a Plot Sales Paralegal who likes keeping a high-volume caseload moving staying on top of the detail and keeping clients and third parties properly updated this is a great opportunity to join a busy residential team where your support makes a real difference.
Our client is looking for a dedicated detail-oriented Paralegal to join their Plot Sales team. Youll support fee earners with case preparation document management and communication across a fast-paced pipeline of new build plot sale matters.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in residential property with a focus on plot sales and new build transactions. Youll be hands-on with files develop strong technical and organisational skills and work in a supportive environment where high standards and client care are taken seriously.
