Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities, working closely with senior management and team members to maintain the highest standards of service and exceed our guests' expectations. *Responsibilities : * * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service. * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring their experience is exceptional. * Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. * Conduct daily briefings, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Work alongside the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all food and drink offerings meet our exacting standards of quality. * Effectively communicate any guest feedback or operational issues to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring timely resolution. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings competitive and appealing. *What you Need : * * Proven experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue. * A genuine passion for food and beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients. * An understanding of the current market and awareness of potential competitors. * Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. * Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance. * * *What We Offer : * * Competitive hourly rate of 16.00 - 17.00 inclusive of service charge. * Access to Wagestream our financial wellbeing app.
