Do you have experience developing and delivering high-impact fundraising campaigns? Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships with supporters and creating exceptional donor experiences? Do you enjoy using insight and creativity to grow income and supporter engagement?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to help grow support for the Royal Shakespeare Company. • Managing donor stewardship, communications and exclusive supporter experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the RSC's values.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Brand & Audiences and Communications to deliver effective fundraising content and campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing supporter data and using insights to improve future fundraising activity.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Experience of managing successful Individual Giving, Membership or Patron fundraising programmes.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising or membership campaigns that achieve income and engagement targets.
  • Strong understanding of donor acquisition, retention, stewardship and supporter journey development.
  • Experience of using CRM systems and fundraising data to analyse performance and inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters, colleagues and external partners.

The RSC's Development department is split between Stratford-upon-Avon and London, with the Individual Giving team based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This position will be based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with occasional travel to London.
