Youll work directly with Kyle Crandall, DMD and our clinical team to provide exceptional care in a warm, patient-focused environment. Why Youll Love This Opportunity * 4-day work week, enjoy long weekends every week * Supportive, team-oriented culture * Opportunity to learn and grow in the dental field * Modern dental technology and systems * Fun team lunches and team-building events Work Schedule * Monday - Thursday:7:45 AM - 5:00 PM * (Possible Fridays TBD) What Youll Do As a Dental Assistant, youll play an important role in creating a smooth and comfortable experience for our patients. Responsibilities include: * Chairside assisting during dental procedures * Infection control and sterilization procedures * Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting * Preparing treatment rooms and instruments * Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment * Taking impressions and assisting with scanning when needed * Helping the clinical team keep the day running smoothly Technology in Our Office We believe in using modern tools that support efficient, high-quality care: * Dentrix practice management software * Digital X-rays * CBCT 3D imaging * CEREC scanning technology What Were Looking For * Dental assisting experience preferred, but were happy to train the right candidate * CPR certification required * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Detail-oriented and dependable * Friendly, patient-centered communication style * A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Compensation & Benefits * $16 - $19 per hour (DOE) Benefits include: * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Fun team lunches, celebrations, and team-building activities * Supportive team environment focused on growth and learning Join Our Team At Guardian Family Dental, we believe a great team creates great patient experiences.
