\nTate Recruitment is currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive customer experience team based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers across multiple channels.
\nTraining
\nSuccessful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training programme:
\nMonday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm
\nImportant: Full attendance during training is required, and no holidays can be taken during the first six weeks of employment.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing support via telephone, email and live chat. You'll be joining a fast-paced, friendly team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

\nWe're looking for individuals who:
\nTemporary to Permanent Opportunity
\nYou'll initially join through Tate Recruitment on a weekly-paid timesheet basis for approximately three months. Following successful completion of this period, you'll transfer directly to the client as a permanent employee with no additional probation period.
