Were looking for confident customer focused people who enjoy working in a front of house environment and feel comfortable combining great conversations with clear sales outcomes. Youll be part of a friendly high performing team welcoming and engaging visitors in a unique and inspiring heritage setting.
Alongside providing warm confident and engaging customer service youll have a clear sales focus actively promoting Gift Aid and guidebooks and working towards weekly conversion targets. These targets are an important part of the role and are approached in a supportive positive way helping to enhance the visitor journey while maximising income. Youll also have the opportunity to earn commission on every guidebook sold.
Youll play a key role in welcoming our visitors onsite from greeting them at ticketing and supporting in the shop to working in the café and across the wider galleries - no two days are the same.
Reporting to the Operations Manager this varied and rewarding role is vital in generating the income that allows the Museum to fulfil its charitable objectives and continue preserving and sharing the story of Naval Aviation.
