Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly capable EA to join a leading global FinTech business, due to the immediate need (they are rapidly growing) this is a temp role with the potential to become permanent. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role supporting x2 individuals on the senior leadership team in a dynamic and evolving environment. The successful EA will be proactive, resilient, and exceptionally organised, with the confidence to manage competing priorities, build strong relationships and operate with minimal supervision. You will provide comprehensive executive support to the x2 senior leaders, ensuring the smooth running of complex schedules, meetings, and strategic initiatives. This opportunity requires someone who thrives in a demanding environment, takes ownership of their workload, and consistently delivers to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Proactively manage complex and ever-changing executive diaries and calendars * Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking and follow-up * Provide full support for leadership meetings, ensuring actions are captured and completed * Organise and coordinate internal and external events from planning through to delivery * Manage multiple priorities and ad hoc projects with efficiency and professionalism * Arrange domestic and international travel when required * Build effective working relationships across the business and confidently navigate a complex organisation * Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality About You * 4–5+ years EA experience, ideally within a FinTech, technology, or high-growth business * Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or start-up environments * The maturity and confidence to manage challenging situations and a variety of personalities with professionalism and diplomacy * High levels of resilience, integrity, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond positively to feedback * Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail * The ability to work autonomously, using initiative to solve problems and navigate ambiguity * Proven experience managing complex diaries, changing priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously * A proactive, outcome-focused approach with the capacity to manage a demanding workload while remaining calm, practical, and solutions-oriented * Strong communication skills and the confidence to build credibility with senior stakeholders If you are an unflappable, experienced EA who brings sound judgement, professionalism and takes great pride in their work.
