We're looking for an experienced and driven AV Manager to take ownership of the audiovisual operation at a prestigious hotel and conference venue. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for live events, exceptional technical knowledge, and the confidence to lead from the front

You'll ideally
- have:Previous experience in an AV Manager or senior AV Technician
role.Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging and live event equi
pment.Experience working within hotels, conference venues or the live events ind
ustry.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving s
kills.Strong leadership and people management exper
ience.The ability to work independently while also leading a
team.Outstanding communication and customer service s
kills.A professional, client-focused app
roach.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Hiretrack experience would be advantag
