Required Skills:
Essential Requirements Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction highways civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong commercial and contract management experience. Experience with: Cost forecasting and reporting Change management Compensation events Final accounts Risk management Procurement and subcontract management Good understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts. Experience managing project costs and budgets. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and commercial awareness. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desirable Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. MRICS MCICES or working towards professional accreditation. Highways infrastructure or public sector project experience. Experience working on NEC contracts.
