Are you from a Garage Door or similar industrial background and want a role offering a regional patch, management and the chance to work for the direct manufacturer themselves? Do you want a new challenge within a multisite group known for their excellent staff retention and first class training and development?
\nDue to continued growth, my client is looking for an installation manager to join and manage the team, based in Reading. You will be scheduling installs and service appointments in the region working on both one off installations at home owners properties as well as servicing large new build/housing contracts where the team will complete multiple installations on one site. You will be responsible for managing engineers, hours, recruitment and larger customer accounts, being a key point of contact within the installation department.
\nThe company manage a national operation where they design, manufacture, install and service a range of automatic Garage Doors & equipment to households across the UK. They have an excellent reputation built on years of satisfied customers, great reviews and quality work. You will have a junior engineer working with you to support and will work with a larger team when servicing larger accounts.
