We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join the team and lead the service through its next stage of development.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious manager who is not afraid to get stuck in , can inspire and develop a team, and is committed to delivering outstanding, high-quality care.Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider Head Office team, you will play a key role in strengthening the service, improving quality and supporting Decoy Farm on its journey towards achieving a Good CQC rating .About Decoy Farm At Decoy Farm, we believe that every person we support should have the opportunity to live as independently and fulfilled a life as possible.Our approach is firmly person-centred , focusing on individual strengths, choices, aspirations and goals.
