Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Night Shift)
£36,000 - £40,000 + Monday to Friday + 4% Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a Production Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking to join a long-established, stable and secure company, offering a nights-based role in an excellent, clean and friendly working environment?
\nIn this role you will be working within a close-knit production environment overseeing 12 Operatives. You will ensure KPIs are being achieved and work is completed on time and to a high quality, whilst suggesting new ways to improve efficiencies.
\nThis design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than £50 million and have plans to move to a new facility in the coming months.
\nThis role would suit someone who has experience overseeing people within a production environment, looking for a long-term, permanent, and local role in a large manufacturer.
