About the role: As our Fluid Power Trainer, you'll play a key role in developing the skills and confidence of our workforce, delivering dynamic and engaging training that combines technical theory with hands-on practical application.

You'll lead a variety of classroom, workshop, and on-site training sessions, tailoring your approach to suit learners of all experience levels and helping them build the knowledge and competence needed to excel in their roles.

Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and HR teams, you'll identify skills gaps and design training solutions that support both individual development and business performance.

You'll stay at the forefront of industry best practice, ensuring all training remains relevant, compliant, and aligned with the latest standards.

Above all, you'll champion a strong safety culture, embedding health, safety, and compliance requirements into every aspect of the learning experience.

What we're looking for in our Fluid Power Trainer: • Solid experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics • A background in engineering, maintenance, or a hands-on technical role • Experience sharing knowledge or training others (whether formally or on the job) • Good at fault-finding and diagnosing issues • Able to break down the technical stuff and explain it in a clear, simple way What you'll get in return: • From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) • Company vehicle • Life assurance cover (x2 salary) • Invitation to healthcare schemes • Company pension scheme • Wellness programmes • Training and development provided through our own Hayley Academy What to expect from our recruitment process: 1.
