Class 1 Driver - Trunking Role📍 Silvertown, East London
🕒 Monday to Friday | 4:30pm - 4:30am
💷 £18.00 per hour

Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for consistent night shifts, excellent pay, and a long-term opportunity with a fast-growing logistics business?

We're recruiting for a professional and reliable Class 1 Driver to join a modern transport operation based in Silvertown. This role involves trunking between distribution hubs and delivery stations, ensuring parcels and freight are moved safely and efficiently through a cutting-edge delivery network.

The Role:
  • Class 1 trunking between hubs, depots and distribution centres

  • No multi-drop deliveries

  • Minimal manual handling

  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

  • Completing all relevant transport paperwork

  • Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

  • Maintaining compliance with driver hours and transport regulations

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence

  • Valid CPC Qualification Card

  • Digital Tachograph Card

  • Previous Class 1 driving experience

  • Reliable and professional attitude

  • Strong understanding of road transport legislation and safety procedures
