Driving the transformation of the FinTech practice into an AI-first practice by championing the adoption of AI tools and innovative technology, working closely with the wider Knowledge Management team, the Legal Innovation team, AI Services Attorneys, and other Technology & Information Services colleagues to embed these into the practice's workflows
Liaising with industry associations and regulatory bodies, including reviewing and drafting responses to consultation papers and other policy initiatives, and helping to shape the firm's engagement on key regulatory developments
Participating in external forums with members of the wider legal community and external service providers in order to keep abreast of regulatory and industry developments
Drafting, maintaining, and curating knowledge resources and supporting substantive training efforts as needed for the practice
Generally acting as a sounding board for ad hoc legal and technical queries from attorneys
Interacting with Research Services, Business Development, Brand & Communications, and other administrative departments on a knowledgeable and professional level

Experience & Skills Wed love to hear from you if you:
Are a solicitor qualified in England and Wales
Have strong client-facing skills and a genuine interest in understanding what clients need from a FinTech practice
Have strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
