Job description

Joining Healthcare Ireland Group means becoming part of a forward-thinking care organisation with a long-term commitment to the success and sustainability of every Home. Through continued investment in our people, services and communities, we provide the resources, stability and support needed to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Residents, families and our team are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in building trusted relationships, continuously improving the way we work and creating environments where people feel supported to grow, thrive and succeed.

Working collaboratively with Home Managers, Regional Managers and the wider operational team, the postholder will analyse occupancy performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement tailored action plans to maximise admissions and optimise occupancy across their portfolio. Key areas of focus include:

  1. Increasing enquiry volumes through proactive relationship building, networking and community engagement.
  2. Improving enquiry-to-admission conversion through an outstanding resident and family journey and effective enquiry management.
  3. Supporting the optimisation of occupancy and room pricing in partnership with the Operations Director and Home Managers.

Recognising that every Home serves a unique community, the Enquiry & Occupancy Lead will develop a detailed understanding of local markets, referral pathways, demographics, competitor activity and customer needs to create bespoke occupancy plans that support the long-term success of each Home.

Whilst reporting to the Operations Director, the Enquiry & Occupancy Lead will work closely with Regional Managers, Home Managers and key external stakeholders to deliver sustainable occupancy growth while ensuring all activity reflects Healthcare Ireland Group's values and commitment to exceptional resident care.

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform regional occupancy plans.
  • Represent the organisation at networking and community events, promoting Healthcare Ireland Group as the provider of choice.
  • Ensure all admissions activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements and data protection legislation.
