A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Cheshire to join its growing specialist team.
As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Cheshire, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with clients, families and professional networks in a supportive and highly regarded department. This role offers strong progression, high-quality work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The Role
- Managing a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters
Handling property and affairs applications
Supporting high-value and complex cases
Liaising with clients, families and professional advisers
Working closely with senior colleagues
Delivering high standards of client care
Managing deadlines and caseload effectively
Supporting business development activity
The Candidate
- 0–4 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
Private Client or Personal Injury experience desirable
Strong technical ability and financial awareness
Experience handling complex or high-value matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and time management
Proactive and commercially aware approach
Experience within a high street or regional firm
