Were looking for an Assistant ReUse Manager to support the running of our busy and unique retail operation, helping transform donated goods into vital income that supports the work of the Hospice. The Role Working closely with the ReUse Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the ReUse Shop. You will support in driving sales, maintaining high retail standards, and delivering excellent customer service.You will also supervise a team of sales assistants and volunteers, helping to create a positive and productive working environment while ensuring strong stock flow and effective merchandising.This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a tangible impact.
