As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl youll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor youll keep our store running like clockwork thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In return well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures plus an extra 2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and 3.50 per hour for night shifts as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
