What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Tenancy Manager / Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in through to tenancy completion
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords tenants and contractors
• Handling day-to-day property management queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs deposit returns and dispute support
• Coordinating maintenance repairs inspections and contractor appointments
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
• Building strong relationships with landlords and providing regular updates and advice
• Working closely with the lettings and sales teams to support the wider success of the business

• Previous experience within a Tenancy Manager Property Manager Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings role
• Strong understanding of lettings compliance requirements
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Calm and professional approach when handling issues or disputes
• Confident communicator with landlords tenants and contractors
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits
