Principal Modelling & Simulation Engineer
Take a leading role in modelling and simulation with a Principal Modelling and Simulation Engineer position that blends hands-on technical delivery with visible technical leadership. What You Will Do as Principal Modelling & Simulation Engineer:
- Lead the development of system and vehicle-level models, including plant and control algorithms.
- Define modelling approaches, requirements, and verification strategies to drive confidence in outputs.
- Own delivery of technical activities or work packages end-to-end, from planning through to presentation.
- Present results and technical outputs clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior engineers, helping bring structure and clarity to complex problems.
- Contribute to planning, task definition, and delivery prioritisation to keep momentum and deadlines on track.
