Role:
\n Our client is entering a rapid period of growth, delivering long-term partnering contracts with many of their clients. Due to expansion within one of the key frameworks, they have been awarded extra work in and around Crawley.
We are therefore looking to add Project Managers to the team to help deliver all works across the scheme on a permenant basis, with a focus on cladding and facades.
\nResponsibilities:
\n As Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the execution of cladding, recladding, EWI and Facade frameworks/projects, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for the overall project delivery, from initial planning to completion, overseeing both external and planned work.
This will involve:
\nProject Managers play a vital role in the successful delivery of these cladding and EWI projects, contributing to the decarbonisation and improvement of social housing.
