Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams across the region

What We're Looking For as a Matron
Essential
Registered healthcare professional with a active and valid NMC UK Adult Pin
Leadership experience within a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety
Proven experience developing, coaching and supporting clinical teams
Ability to travel across multiple regional sites
Desirable
Experience within sexual and reproductive healthcare
Multi-site leadership experience
Experience leading service improvement and change management initiatives
