The Role\n
\n
\nAs Clinical Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical and person-centred care while supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical leadership of the service.\n
\n
\n You'll be responsible for:\n
\n
    \n
  • Leading and supporting the nursing and care teams on shift.
    • \n
  • Delivering exceptional clinical care while ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • \n
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to support their professional development.
    • \n
  • Completing clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
    • \n
  • Supporting audits, clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
    • \n
  • Acting as the clinical lead in the Home Manager's absence.
    • \n
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
    • \n
About You\n
\n
\nYou'll be a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse with:\n
\n
    \n
  • A valid UK NMC Pin (RGN or RMN).
    • \n
  • At least 12 months' post-registration experience.
    • \n
  • Previous leadership or senior nursing experience.
    • \n
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
    • \n
  • A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
    • \n
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
    • \n
