As Regional Manager, you will have direct line management responsibility for Home Managers, providing them with regular support, supervision, and performance management. You will play a key role in developing and mentoring home leadership teams, ensuring they are empowered to deliver safe, person-centred care while meeting organisational and regulatory expectations.

Working closely with Home Managers and the senior leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement, support service development, manage risk and lead a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability.

The role of Regional Manager requires a dynamic, results-driven, and values-led leader with a strong background in care home management and multi-site operational oversight. A nursing qualification is essential for this role, along with at least 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and a minimum of two years’ previous experience in a Regional Role.

· Identify best practices and facilitate their implementation across multiple sites.

· Manage and deliver service transformation projects as required.

Team Development & Support

· Support, mentor, and develop Home Managers to ensure strong and capable leadership at the home level.

· Facilitate succession planning and leadership development within the region.

· Ensure adequate staffing, skill mix, and workforce planning across Homes.

· Take a proactive approach to safeguarding residents, team, and visitors.

· Identify and mitigate risks across clinical, operational, and business areas.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with families, commissioners, and local partners.

· Represent the organisation at external meetings, inspections, and forums.

· Respond to operational emergencies and support crisis resolution across homes.
