Print Room Operative & Finishing Machine Operator Location: Aylesbury Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week Shift Pattern: Alternating weekly shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm 1:45pm - 9:45pm About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Print Room Operative & Finishing Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role supporting printing press operations and operating print finishing equipment used to convert self-adhesive labels. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect. You will be responsible for supporting press operators, running finishing machinery, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring production areas remain clean, safe, and well organised. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is looking to develop their skills within a growing and supportive business. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Support printing press operators with wash-ups, make-readies, material loading, ink mixing, plate preparation, and general pressroom activities. Work closely with the press team to minimise machine downtime and maximise productivity. Set up, operate, and monitor print finishing and rotary die-cutting machinery.
