Job description
Looking to join a busy organisation where your attention to detail and strong IT skills can make a real impact? This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support compliance activities and help maintain high operational standards. In the Business Support Officer role, you will: Review and investigate compliance issues, supporting the implementation of corrective actions Produce, analyse, and distribute reports using in-house systems, communicating findings to Operations Managers Assist in resolving compliance discrepancies and ensuring accurate record keeping Provide a range of business support and administrative assistance across the team To be successful in the Business Support Officer, you will need: Previous administration or office-based experience Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment This is a temporary role, reviewed on a weekly basis; however, for the right candidate, there is the potential for the position to become permanent. You'll be working full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Based in offices in St Asaph, you'll start on an hourly rate of £12.76, plus benefits.
