Job Description We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us at Morrisons RDC in Northampton to support our General Haulage Operations.

This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.

The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis and have a variety of shift patterns available working any from 5 from 7 across Days and Nights: Pay Rates: Mon
- Fri Day Shift
- £15.15 per hour Mon-Fri Night Shift
- £16.35 per hour Saturday and Sunday Day Shift
- £18.15 per hour Saturday and Sunday Night Shift
- £18.65 Bank Holidays
- £18.96 per hour.

Driver Responsibilities: General Haulage with Curtainside trailers, to Distribution Centres and Stores Well planned multi-drop deliveries No requirement for Manual Handling Completing all necessary vehicle checks and documentation Maintaining high levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations Adhere to Driver's hours, WTD, and tachograph legislation.

Qualifications You should hold a valid CE Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience (We will consider New Pass Drivers) No more than 6 points and no DD/ DR Code convictions.

Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.

Understand and able to comply with Drivers hours and WTD legislation.

Able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.

Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements.

Excellent communication skills.
