Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE) - Cheltenham An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and growing Residential Property team in Cheltenham at a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation across the South West. Youll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a seamless and high-quality service to clients while building strong relationships with agents, lenders and referrers. Typical matters will include: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Re-mortgages * Transfers of equity * First-time buyer transactions * Buy-to-let and investment purchases * robate-related property sales * Help-to-Buy transactions * Property matters arising from divorce or separation Candidate Requirements Were keen to hear from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with around 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.
