General Manager - Restaurant & Takeaway Location: Lymington Salary: £38,000–£40,000 + Performance Bonus (up to £10,000) Job Type: Permanent | Full Time | 40–48 Hours per Week Lead a Busy Food-Led Business Without Sacrificing Your Work-Life Balance Are you a hands-on General Manager who enjoys being involved in the kitchen as much as the front of house? Do you take pride in serving consistently great food, developing your team, and running a smooth, profitable operation? We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume restaurant and takeaway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a genuine operational role where food quality, standards and team development are just as important as commercial success. If you're happiest leading from the front, supporting both FOH and BOH, and creating a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work, we'd love to hear from you.
