£35,000-£45,000 per year + commission and company bonus
Hybrid role WFH and 2 office days per week in London (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
About us:
Ours Agency is a fast growing talent management and influencer marketing agency, representing some of the most exciting UK creators across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and comedy since 2022.
As an experienced Talent Manager you will work alongside our Talent team and Director to support and grow the agency's Talent division.
We see this role as integral to the agency’s growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of our talent management division while being supported with ongoing development opportunities.
About the role:
2+ years experience is necessary to apply for this position, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape, managing creators and negotiating brand collaborations. You will already have built excellent contacts in the industry and have worked with high profile clients and talent across commercial partnerships.

Position: Full time
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum + commission and company bonus
Core hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
