As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll spearhead our front office operations, ensuring every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your confidence and engaging communication style will set the tone for our team, inspiring them to deliver service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the front office team.
• Oversee daily operations at the reception desk, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Provide guidance and support to reception team members, nurturing their skills and enhancing their performance.
• Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks and financial transactions.
• Exemplify impeccable presentation, embodying the essence of Firmdale Hotels with your warmth and professionalism.
• Cultivate a passion for detail throughout the team, driving excellence in every aspect of guest service.

What you Need:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
• Experience using Opera system
• Previous supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• A customer-focused mind-set, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Impeccable presentation and a welcoming demeanour that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Our very first opening, and the hotel where Tim and Kit Kemp's vision for Firmdale Hotels began, Dorset Square Hotel occupies a handsome Regency building overlooking the garden square that was once the site of Thomas Lord's original cricket ground.
