Your new role:
Based in Clacton, you will be joining a well-known manufacturing company which specialises in the design and manufacture of a range of precision-based engineering parts & equipment.The Operations Manager will take full responsibility for manufacturing operations across multiple production departments, leading a large team spanning press shop, assembly, moulding, die-cast, and maintenance functions.You will be responsible for ensuring the business consistently achieves its targets relating to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, while helping shape and deliver the company's future operational strategy.
