Training\n

Successful candidates must be available to attend a two-week training programme:

Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm

\n

Please note: Full attendance during training is essential, and no holidays can be taken during the first six weeks of employment.

The Role\n

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing support via phone, email and live chat.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries
\n
• Assisting customers with placing orders
\n
• Providing updates on existing orders
\n
• Advising on promotions, offers and discounts
\n
• Responding to questions regarding deliveries, returns and cancellations
\n
• Resolving complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
\n
• Delivering a positive customer experience every time
\n

About You\n

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have previous customer service experience
\n
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems
\n
• Are confident communicators with a friendly telephone manner
\n
• Have good written communication and IT skills
\n
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Can commit to the training period and chosen shift pattern

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity\n

You'll initially join through Tate Recruitment on a weekly-paid timesheet basis for approximately three months. Upon successful completion, you'll transfer directly to the client as a permanent employee with no additional probation period.
